Hollywood actress Vanessa Hudgens sells historic Los Angeles home for USD 6.725 million

Hollywood actress Vanessa Hudgens has sold her historic Los Angeles house for $6.725 million. The property was purchased by journalist Ronan Farrow and his partner Jon Lovett in February 2022.

Hudgens originally acquired the Georgian Colonial-style mansion in 2018 from actor Gary Oldman for nearly $5 million. Known as 'Little DeMille', the house was built in 1922 in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles.

During her residence, Hudgens personally renovated and remodeled the property, including its kitchen and master suite. Spanning 3,168 square feet, the house features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest house, beautiful gardens, and artistic designs. Through this sale, she earned a profit of nearly $1.7 million over her 2018 purchase price.
